The Pepsi Bottlecaps begin their quest for a state championship this week.

The 'Caps won the Area 4 North title with a record of 19-5 and will be joined at the single-A tournament by league rivals North Coos and the Umpqua Lions.

Pepsi opens up against South Medford, the #2 team from Area 4 South. The two teams met one time this season and South prevailed 5-0.

Game time is set for 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26. The Umpqua Lions take on North Marion at 8 p.m.
