170804 Indian fastpitch teamMEDFORD, Ore. -- Roseburg Indian Fastpitch, a summer softball team made up of players from around Douglas County, will be playing in the semifinals of the ASA Western National Championships in Medford.

This comes after the Indians won their 22nd straight game with an 8-4 victory over the Washington Angels of Tri Cities Thursday.

Kalie Mann hit a home run for Roseburg while Katie Ladd went 3-for-4 with a double. Shalyn Gray was 2-for-4 with a double and Ericka Allen was also 2-for-4 at the plate.

Indian Fastpitch plays Clovis, Calif., Saturday at 11 a.m. in the tournament semifinals.

Both teams are undefeated so far at the tourney. The winner will earn a slot in the championship game.
