There was a full schedule of league games involving Douglas County football teams on Friday.

Douglas won its Far West League matchup at Brookings-Harbor 28-7 to improve to 2-1 in league and keep its postseason hopes alive; Glide (1-1, 4-2) outscored Pleasant Hill 53-41 in a Mountain Valley Conference game on the Wildcats' home field; and Oakland (0-2, 3-2) remains winless in the MVC after its 34-14 loss to visiting Monroe.

There were a pair of 1A games featuring all-Douglas County matchups with Elkton (2-1, 4-1) rolling over Days Creek 66-6 in District 2 play; and North Douglas (2-0, 4-2) beat rival Yoncalla 42-22 in a District 3 battle.

The Eagles drop to 2-1 in conference and 3-3 on the season.

Elsewhere, Riddle beat Crow 66-50 in a non-league game.
