Roseburg won its first-round match in the OSAA 6A state playoffs.

The #14 Indians beat visiting 19th-ranked Wilson 25-22, 25-21, 25-21 Wednesday night at Stewart Robertson Memorial Gymnasium.

Next up, Roseburg (13-8) plays #3 Sheldon (21-1) Saturday with the winner qualifying for the final site November 3-4 at Liberty High School in Hillsboro.
