The two teams opened the season against each other with the 4th-ranked Vikings winning 46-20.
 
The #13 Lancers (6-3) have not lost since a 34-13 setback at the hands of Far West League champion and 3rd-ranked Marshfield (8-0) back on September 22.
 
A pair of local 2A teams are in the postseason as #11 Oakland (5-3) travels to #6 Gold Beach (6-2) and #12 Reedsport (6-3) is at #5 Santiam (8-1).
 
Four of the remaining 16 Class 1A teams are from Douglas County with #3 Camas Valley (8-1) hosting #14 Cove (5-4); #12 North Douglas (6-3) plays at Hosanna Christian (8-1); and #16 Yoncalla (5-4) has a tough matchup with top-ranked Triad (8-1).
 
#8 Elkton (7-1) hosts #9 Wallowa (7-2) on Saturday.
