Scott Faas will take over the reins as the Timberwolves gear up for the 2018 season.

Faas has coached high school in California and Montana.

He's also played seven years of semi-pro football in California.

"We are glad to have him," the organization said on social media.

The Timberwolves organization hatched in 2014 and is a member of the NNFL - the National Nineman Football League.

The season typically runs from March through May.
