The Roseburg volleyball team is getting some respect from coaches across the state after the Indians were ranked seventh in the first 6A poll of the season.

Despite the top 10 selection, Roseburg is not the highest ranked team out of the Southwest Conference. The Sheldon Irish currently hold the number five spot behind Jesuit, Central Catholic, West Linn and Gresham.

Rounding out the coaches poll are Canby, Roseburg, Barlow, Sprague and Southridge.
