ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Two local players are participating in the 39th Annual 4A Baseball All-Star Series in Roseburg this weekend.

The 3-game series takes place June 16-17 at Legion Memorial Field.

Two graduating seniors from South Umpqua are on the South roster.

Infielder Parker Patterson and outfielder Johnathan Warner will represent the Lancers as the only players from Douglas County competing in the series.

Coaches for the South squad are Parker McKinley of La Grande and Brad Horning of North Bend. North squad coaches are Casey Webster of Gladstone Randy Brack of North Marion.
