KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. -- Roseburg's Dr. Stewart's American Legion baseball team split its Area 4 doubleheader against Klamath Falls Thursday night at Kiger Stadium.

The Docs dropped the opener 10-9, but won the nightcap 6-4.

Dr. Stewart's improved to 7-5 in league play and 18-14 overall. Roseburg also captured the season series with the Falcons winning 3-of-4 meetings between the two teams.

The Docs get back to Area 4 action July 21 at home against the first-place Medford Mustangs.
