Roseburg handed South Medford a 69-50 loss Friday night at Stewart Robertson Memorial Gymnasium.

The Indians (10-3) will play a non-league game Tuesday at North Medford before opening conference action next Friday at home against Sheldon. 

Elsewhere, Cascade Christian beat South Umpqua 63-48 in a Far West League girls game Friday in Medford.

SU's Tayah Kelley led all scorers with 22 points.

The Lancers dropped to 2-1 in league and 8-7 overall.
