Days Creek moved into the OSAA 1A state semifinals with a 60-47 upset of #2 Damascus Christian Wednesday in Baker City.

Blake Ellis scored a game-high 17 points as the 7th-ranked Wolves. 

Three other Days Creek players scored in double-figures including Rocco Muir (12); Zane DeGroot (12) and Caleb Kruzic (11).    

Unfortunately, the Wolves (21-6) lost their semifinal game against #6 Trinity Lutheran (24-5) 53-40 Friday afternoon.

Days Creek plays Prairie City Saturday in the 3rd place game.
