The annual Josh Bidwell Celebrity Golf Classic will take place on April 29 and 30 at the Roseburg Country Club. The event is a charity fundraiser for the Community Cancer Center, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and local youth sports programs in Douglas County. A VIP kickoff takes place on April 28.

Sports celebrities include NBA star Darrall Imhoff (New York Knicks), the NFL's Joe Newton (Seattle Seahawks, Oregon State, Roseburg High), Kenny Wheaton (Dallas Cowboys, Oregon), Mark Jones (Tennessee Titans), Tim Euhus (Buffalo Bills, Oregon State), Tony Hargain (Kansas City Chiefs, Oregon), Steve Baack (Detroit Lions, Oregon), Jordan Kent (St. Louis Rams, Oregon), and Wes Mallard (Seattle Seahawks, Oregon).

Other sports celebs include Rich Ruhl (Oregon), Saul Patu (Arena Football League, Oregon), Yvenson Bernard (Winnipeg of the Canadian Football League, Oregon State), and Alexis Serna (Winnipeg, Oregon State).  Also, professional bowler Bryon Smith and Pulitzer Prize winning photographer David Kennerly (photographer to the Presidents) will also be on hand competing in the charity tourney. In addition, there will be various golfers from the current University of Oregon and Oregon State football teams.

Josh Bidwell is a former punter for the University of Oregon and currently plays for the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
