Five Far West League basektball teams will compete in regional play-in games on Friday night.

South Umpqua, Sutherlin and Douglas qualified on the boys side; while Sutherlin and Douglas made it into the round of 32 for the girls.

Number three seed South Umpqua (10-12) travels to Phoenix (18-6); #4 Sutherlin (13-11) plays at top-ranked Mazama (24-1); and #5 Douglas (7-15) heads to Roosevelt (14-7) of Portland.

Both girls teams will also play road games as #4 Sutherlin (11-13) is at Henley (18-5); and #5 Douglas (6-15) travels to Crook County (11-13).

In 6A girls, Roseburg (8-15) travels to Redmond. 

Winners will automatically qualify for the 'round of 16' in the upcoming OSAA 4A state playoffs.
