The 3A softball champion Glide Wildcats had six players named first team all-state.

Catcher Alexa Skinner was also selected as the 'player of the year' for the second consecutive year, while teammate Marissa Duarte was the state's top pitcher.

Skinner led the Wildcats with a .591 batting average and 52 base hits. The senior also had 38 RBI's, scored 49 runs and stole 22 bases.

Duarte finished the season with a record of 18-0 and a 0.65 ERA.

First team honors also went to Danette Enos (OF); Danielle Enos (OF); McKenzie Shrum (IF); and Kelsey Jeffries (IF).
