Roseburg dropped below the .500 mark in league play after suffering a pair of losses to Medford Thursday night at Harry and David Field.

The first-place Mustangs (11-3, 30-9) handed the Docs a 10-2 loss in the opener.

In game two, Medford sent 14 batters to the plate and scored nine times in the second inning and cruised to a 15-1 victory.

On Saturday night, Dr. Stewart's (5-7, 18-17) will host Eugene in its final league doubleheader of the season at Legion Field.
