The top small school football players in Douglas County have been invited to participate in the upcoming East-West Shrine All-Star game in Baker City.

The annual contest is set for Saturday, July 30 and showcases graduated seniors from Oregon's 4A, 3A, 2A and 1A classifications.

The West roster includes South Umpqua's Chance Crane (OL); Sutherlin's Eric Gordon (OL); Mason Colburn (RB) of North Douglas; Oakland's Daniel Jobe (OL/DL); Glendale's Bresnan Williams (RB); and Brent Whipple (LB) of Elkton.

The Elks' Bill Shaw will also serve as an assistant on the coaching staff of the West squad.

A television broadcast of the All-star game will air on Root Sports Northwest.
