Premier Insurance will represent Roseburg at the upcoming 2011 single-A American Legion baseball regional tournament at Legion Field.

Ryan Savage's ballclub earned the honor after splitting Saturday's Area 4 North doubleheader with North Coos. Premier lost the opener 7-2, but took the nightcap 10-5.

In game two, Tyler Gordon had a pair of doubles and reliever Jake Forrester pitched four innings of shutout baseball.

Premier (8-8, 18-13) will open regional action against the Montana state champs on Friday, August 5.

Game time is 7:30PM.
