The Roseburg Indians are picked to finish second in the Special District 1 preseason coaches poll.

Sheldon (49) received seven first-place votes to top the rankings; followed by RHS (39); Thurston (36); South Medford (35); North Medford (21); Grants Pass (18); Crater (17); and South Eugene (9).

The Irish won the 2010 league title with a perfect 7-0 record, while the Indians finished in second place at 6-1.
