The Camas Valley rushing attack proved too much for the Triad Timberwolves as the Hornets ran away with a 48-6 win Saturday afternoon in Klamath Falls.

Triad scored first on a 28 yard TD run by T.J. Riblett, but the Hornets answered with three Ryan Dancer rushing touchdowns (2, 5, 1) as Camas took an 18-6 lead into halftime.

Neither team scored in the third quarter, but the Hornets (2-0, 5-0) opened the final period with a 2 yard TD run by Eli Wolfe.

The Hornets would score three more times to complete the 42 point victory over the two-time District 2 champions.

Wolfe finished the game with 140 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while teammate Dakota Luscombe ran for 93 yards and one score. The senior also caught a 13 yard touchdown pass from quarterback Ryan Dancer.

On Friday, Camas Valley travels to Gilchrist (2-0, 2-1) for a league matchup with the Grizzlies.
