Umpqua Community College earned the eighth-place trophy at the NWAACC women's basketball championships in Kennewick, Washington.

The Riverhawks (16-15) were beaten by Bellevue 68-45 in the consolation consolation championship game Tuesday morning at the Toyota Center.  

UCC shot just 27 percent from the floor and scored only 20 points in the first half.

Brookyln Norman was the lone Umpqua player in double figures finishing with 10 points.
