Glendale dominated the Class 2A/1A all-state honors with five softball players being named to the first team.

The Pirates selected were Elizabeth McGuire (P), Lizeth Silva (C), Morgan Streeter (IF), Alyssa Staten (OF) and Jennier Staten (U). Glendale infielder Lizbeth Silva made the second team.

Douglas County athletes named honorable mention included Yoncalla's Brianne Joslyn (P), Brandi Joslyn (C) and Kelcey Ritter (OF); North Douglas's Kassidee Rice (IF) and Hannah Newman (U); and Oakland's Rachel Tabor (IF).
