Roseburg Pepsi opened its Area 4 North schedule with a pair of victories over rival Premier Insurance Thursday night at Legion Field.

Cody Walker lifted the Bottlecaps to a 6-5 win in the opener thanks to his game-ending single with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning.

In the nightcap, Pepsi (2-0, 7-1) trailed 5-4 in the bottom of the sixth before Zach Wyscaver cleared the bases with a three-run double giving the Bottlecaps a 7-5 win.

Jake Forrester had five hits in the doubleheader to lead Premier (4-2, 7-9).
