Roseburg Pepsi captured the single-A Area 4 North championship with a doubleheader sweep over visiting Sheldon.

Cody Watkins tossed a complete game, three-hitter in a 4-0 game one victory Tuesday afternoon at Legion Field. Offensively, Kyler Wolford had a two-run single for the Bottlecaps.

Pepsi (12-4, 19-8) won game two by a score of 5-4 thanks to three hits and an RBI from Jake Backen.

By virtue of the sweep, Roseburg Premier Insurance (11-5, 17-18) enters the state tournament as the league's number two seed.  Premier finished the regular season with a split against North Eugene winning the first game 5-1 and losing the nightcap 4-2.

Dr. Stewart's (5-11, 19-23) lost a triple-A doubleheader at Klamath Falls 12-2 and 2-0.
