Douglas High's Riley Van Horn had 11 kills in a 25-12, 25-21, 23-25, 25-22 win over South Umpqua Thursday night in Winston.

Tori Bond added 24 assists as the Trojans improved to 2-1 in the Far West League and 8-3 overall. Olivia Gulliford and Caitlyn Voss combined for 19 kills for the Lancers (0-3).

Anna Bruns had a team-high 10 kills and Vanessa Bentley finished with 23 assists in Roseburg's straight set win over the Ashland Grizzlies.

The Indians are now 17-3 on the season.
