The Indians (1-3, 2-4) need a victory to keep their postseason hopes alive, but it won't be easy against the unbeaten Irish (4-0, 6-0). Last week, RHS lost 23-22 to South Medford, while Sheldon blanked Crater 48-0.

There's a full schedule of league games including a battle of Douglas County when Sutherlin (0-2, 1-5) hosts South Umpqua (0-2, 1-5) in the Far West League; Oakland (1-0, 3-2) travels to Glendale (0-1, 1-4); North Douglas (0-1, 2-4) is at Oakridge (1-0, 1-4); Riddle (0-1, 3-2) is on the road with Monroe (1-0, 2-3); number one Camas Valley (5-0, 6-0) heads to Prospect; Elkton (3-1, 3-2) hosts Triad (4-0, 4-1); and Yoncalla (1-2, 2-3) welcomes Triangle Lake (2-1, 3-2).

Three local teams play non-league games as Glide (0-1, 4-2) is in Gold Beach; Reedsport (0-1, 1-4) goes to Bandon; and Days Creek (1-4) takes on Perrydale in an afternoon contest at North Eugene High School.
