Douglas and Roseburg each need one more victory to earn a spot in next week's OSAA football state playoffs.

The Trojans (5-4) host Elmira (4-5), while the Indians (4-5) entertain winless North Salem (0-9) in a pair of play-in round games on Friday, November 2.

Ten other Douglas County teams finish out the regular season as Mountain View Conference
champion Oakland (4-0, 6-2) welcomes Riddle (2-2, 5-3); North Douglas (0-4, 2-7) travels to Glendale (0-4, 1-7); Elkton (5-2, 5-3) has a road test at Hosanna Christian (6-1, 7-1); defending state champion Camas Valley (7-0, 8-0) hosts Powers (2-4, 4-4); and Yoncalla (1-5, 2-6) is home with Mohawk (1-4, 1-5).

Glide (6-3) is at Myrtle Point; Reedsport hits the road with Coquille; and Days Creek (2-5) plays host to Chemawa in non-league games involving local teams.
