Local volleyball players and coaches dominated the 2012 all-league awards.

Roseburg senior Vanessa Bentley and Days Creek junior Isabel Golemon were named their conference's Player of the Year; and Roseburg's Bruce Myers and North Douglas High's Anne Campbell received Coach of the Year honors.

Four other Indians joined Bentley on the Southern Oregon Conference first-team including seniors Anna Bruns, Stefenie Griggs, Cali Tovey and junior Pele Gianotti.

Joining Golemon on the Mountain View Conference first team were Days Creek teammates Jazmyn Herrington and Stevielee Jansen; Kelcee Frieze and Savannah Mast of North Douglas; Oakland sophomore Cora Gallop; and Glendale's Lizbeth Silva.

Sutherlin's Cheyanne LeFevre; and Douglas seniors Tori Bond and Riley Van Horn were among the first team selections in the Far West League.
