The top-ranked team in Class 4A girls basketball capped a perfect non-league schedule with its 14th straight victory.

Miranda Mendenhall scored a game-high 13 points in Sutherlin's 44-13 victory over Myrtle Point Friday night on the Bobcats' home floor.

 

The Sutherlin boys made it a clean sweep with a 68-53 win over Myrtle Point.

Taler Jensen had 17 points and Michael Matteo added 13 in the victory.
