Sutherlin lost in the consolation finals at the OSAA 4A boys basketball state tournament Friday morning in Corvallis.

Hayden Davisson scored a game-high 15 points as North Bend beat the Bulldogs 57-44.

The Far West League champs jumped out to a 20-12 lead after the opening quarter and never trailed in the entire game.

Cameron Mock had 11 points and Derrik Wattman added 10 points in the loss.

The Bulldogs (20-9) earned the sixth-place trophy.
