South Umpqua scored four runs in the final two innings to beat Marshfield 8-4 in a non-league baseball game Thursday night in Coos Bay.

Colton Pringle hit a two-run homer and Kyle Westbrooks had a pair of basehits as the Lancers improved to 2-0 on the season.

Junior Kristian Evans picked up the win in relief.
