A pair of Douglas County golfers won individual titles at the 2013 OSAA Golf State Championships.

Sutherlin's Tyler Frank shared the 4A championship with Mazama freshman Bryce Wortman; and Reedsport's Monica Vaughn captured her second title at the 4A/3A/2A/1A tournament in Redmond.

Roseburg's Garrett Ramsey (+8) tied for 25th place at the 6A event in Corvallis; Reedsport's Montana Frame (+3) was third at the 3A/2A/1A finals at Emerald Valley in Creswell; and Sutherlin's Brooke Spenceer (+13) finished in seventh place.
