Roseburg scored early and often in an 8-3 playoff victory over visiting Sprague.

David Irvine hit a home run to lead off the bottom of the first inning and the Indians (17-8) never trailed on their way to a second round win Tuesday afternoon at Legion Field.

Next up, Roseburg plays host to West Salem (22-7) in a quarterfinal matchup on Thursday.   
 
Allyssa Hunt broke open a tie game with a grand slam as Roseburg upended Aloha 7-5 in a Class 6A playoff game at Stewart Park.

The Indians improved to 21-6 on the season.
