It was the Makinna Akers show during Roseburg's quarterfinal victory Saturday afternoon at South Salem High School.

The senior righthander picked up the win on the mound and hit a pair of two-run homers to lead the Indians to a 4-2 win over the Saxons.

Akers hit her first home run in the top of the sixth inning before blasting the game winner in the top of the eighth. 

Roseburg (22-6) hosts Glencoe (27-1) in a semifinal game Tuesday at 3:00PM at Stewart Park.
