Umpqua Valley Christian is headed to the Class 2A/1A baseball state championship game.

The Monarchs (25-5) blanked Country Christian 7-0 in the state semifinals Tuesday in Molalla.

Next up, UVC plays Grant Union (22-3) in the title game Friday at 1:30PM at Volcanoes Stadium in Keizer.

Elsewhere, Roseburg was eliminated by Sheldon 11-3 in a 6A semifinal at Legion Field; and Glide lost its 3A semifinal game to Pleasant Hill 5-2.
