Both Roseburg teams have qualified for this week's 2013 single-A American Legion baseball state tournament.

The seven-team event begins Wednesday, July 31 and is being held at Legion Field in Roseburg. Liberty of Portland backed out of the tournament 

Premier Insurance (19-18) is the host team and will play South Medford (33-9) at 7:00PM on opening night. Roseburg Pepsi (18-9), the champion of Area 4 North, plays the Grants Pass Miners (20-10) at 4:00PM.

Central Point (30-12) takes on La Grande (34-5) in the opening game at 1:00PM. North Medford (36-13-1) gets a first round bye. 

The tournament runs through Sunday, August 4.
