South Umpqua running back Dakota Senger scored six touchdowns in the Lancers 56-29 non-league win Friday night at Illinois Valley.

Senger finished the game with 356 yards on 22 carries in just three quarters of action. Junior quarterback Erik Johnson threw a TD pass to Kristian Evans and another to Marcus Loper to round out the scoring.

Elsewhere, Douglas (2-0, 4-1) beat Brookings-Harbor 43-13; Sutherlin (1-2, 1-4) lost to North Bend 44-7; Oakland (5-0) shut out Coquille 21-0; Days Creek beat North Douglas 42-14; Lowell handed Yoncalla (1-1, 4-1) its first loss 68-32; and Elkton (3-1, 4-1) downed Butte Falls 56-6.
