Roseburg begins the toughest part of its conference schedule on Friday when the Indians travel to South Medford.

Through the first five weeks, Roseburg (3-0, 5-0) is unbeaten with victories over South Salem, Sprague, Crater, Thurston and South Eugene. However, its three Southwest Conference opponents have a combined league record of 1-8.

South Medford (1-2, 1-4) began the season 0-4 before earning its first win last week at South Eugene. Friday's game is set for 7:00PM at Spiegelberg Stadium.

After the Panthers, RHS will travel to Sheldon (2-1, 3-2); return home for Grants Pass (2-1, 2-3); and finish up the regular season at North Medord (3-0, 4-1).
