A berth in the upcoming Class 4A state playoffs is up for grabs Friday night in Winston.

Douglas (2-2, 4-3) welcomes South Umpqua (2-2, 4-3) in a matchup of teams headed in opposite directions. The Trojans have lost their last two games, while SU enters the Far West League game on a three-game winning streak.

The winner will earn the league's number three spot in the postseason.

Elsewhere, Sutherlin (1-3, 1-6) plays at Marshfield (1-4, 1-5); North Douglas (0-1, 1-5) hosts a Mountain View Conference game with Oakridge (1-1, 3-4); winless Riddle (0-2, 0-7) is home with Monroe (1-0, 4-1); and Yoncalla (3-1, 6-1) plays a league game at Triangle Lake (3-0, 5-0).

Unbeaten Oakland (7-0) headlines the non-league schedule as the Oakers welcome 3A Lakeview (4-2); Glide (3-3) plays host to Gold Beach (5-1); Reedsport (4-2) entertains Bandon (2-3); and Days Creek (7-0) travels to Kings Way, Washington.

On Saturday, top-ranked Camas Valley (6-0, 7-0) hosts Prospect (4-2, 4-3) in a Special District 2 game; and Elkton (3-2, 4-3) plays at Triad (3-1, 4-2).
