Sutherlin finished the first half of the league schedule  on a positive note with a 49-28 victory over visiting Douglas.

The Bulldogs improve to 4-2 in the Far West League and 12-4 overall.

Cassidy Bell scored a team-high nine points as top-ranked Sutherlin (6-0, 16-0) stayed perfect on the season with a 52-19 win over Douglas.
