Roseburg's boys basketball team couldn't muster enough offense Tuesday night, falling at home to Grants Pass 47-30 in a Southern Oregon Conference match-up. Micah Johnson led the Caveman (4-5, 13-6) with a game-high 17 points while teammate JC McKinley chipped in 13. Roseburg (2-7, 6-12) was led by Carson Reid with 10 points and Brady Haskett had 8.

In other action...Treven Anspach had 20 points and Noah Caillier added 19 in Sutherlin's 65-56 Far West League win over South Umpqua. Wryland McKnight also finished in double figures with 13 points as the Bulldogs improved to 8-2 in league. SU's Erik Johnson had a game-high 21 points, including five three-pointers and Nathan Thompson added 14.

Olivia Gulliford had 21 points as top-ranked Sutherlin (10-0, 21-0) beat South Umqua 69-30.
