The South Region's Most Valuable Player is Umpqua's Ashli Payne.

The 5'11 freshman out of Bremerton, Washington helped lead the Riverhawks to a 24-7 record and a second place finish at the 2014 NWAACC Championships. Payne was also named Freshman of the Year.

The rest of the first team includes UCC teammate Kyndal Charleston; Southwestern Oregon's Aminata Cole; Laci Effenberger of Clackamas; Chemeketa's Irma Savoy and Shelby Snook from Lane.

Umpqua's Asia Smith was a second team selection and Dave Stricklin was the region's Coach of the Year.

The UCC men had one player honored with Mishima Gray being named to the second team.
