Roseburg High School's Athletic Department has announced the return of Mike Pardon as Roseburg's next head boys basketball coach. 

According to Athletic Director Russ Bolin, Pardon has the most wins of any prior boys coach at RHS, serving as an assistant from 1990-1993 and as the head coach from 1993-2006.

Pardon replaces Craig Stinnett, who resigned from the post after eight seasons in Roseburg. During his tenure, Stinnett led the Indians to four playoff appearances and one trip to the Class 6A state tournament.

Last season, Roseburg (2-10, 6-16) finished at the bottom of the Southern Oregon Conference standings.
