The doubles team of Tanner Baumgartner and Lucas Ball did not come home from the state tournament empty handed.

The pair won the consolation title at the OSAA 6A tennis championships Saturday with a 6-3, 6-4
victory over a doubles team from McMinnville.

Baumgartner (12) and Ball (9) lost their opening round match before winning three consecutive times to take home the consolation trophy.
