Glide has won the OSAA Class 3A baseball state championship.

The Wildcats (25-3) defeated Cascade Christian 7-2 in the title game Friday evening at Volcanoes Stadium in Keizer. It was the school's second state championship since 2006.

Glide broke open a 2-1 game scoring five times in the top of the seventh inning. The final two runs came on a two-run single by Joe Hanson.

Lefthander Tylan Dubois went six-plus innings to earn the victory.
