A pair of Douglas County football teams open conference play Friday night.

The Roseburg Indians (1-1) travel to Spiegelberg Stadium for a Southwest Conference battle with North Medford (2-0); and Riddle (0-2) plays at Bonanza (0-2) in the revamped Mountain View Conference.

The September 19 schedule also includes eight non-league matchups with South Umpqua (1-1) playing at Banks (1-1); Sutherlin (1-1) is in Harrisburg (1-1); Douglas (0-2) welcomes Mazama (2-0); Glide (2-0) is at home with Reedsort (1-1); Oakland (0-2) hosts Rogue River (0-2); Yoncalla (1-1) travels to Siletz Valley (0-1); North Douglas (2-0) heads to Falls City (2-0); and Glendale (1-1) is home with Prospect (1-1).
