The Camas Valley volleyball team took care of business Saturday to take home the 4th place trophy at the Class 1A state tourney in Redmond. The Hornets beat Hosanna Christian in five games and took Trinity Lutheran the distance for the win later in the day.

The Hornets lost its opening round match Friday morning where they were beaten by Lowell. Their two Saturday wins were against higher seeded teams.

League champion North Douglas was eliminated, losing in four games to Trinity Lutheran Saturday. The Warriors suffered a loss in its tournament opener Friday to Crane.
