Top-ranked Umpqua beat Chemeketa 77-57 in an NWAC womens basketball game Saturday afternoon in Salem.

Ashli Payne led all scorers with 23 points and teammates Sawyer Kluge and Anna Mumm added 13 points each as the Riverhawks (9-0, 22-2) remained perfect in conference action.

The UCC men lost in overtime to Chemekta 105-97.

Mikko Balmes had a game-high 23 points for Umpqua.
