North Medford used a 16-0 run late in the game to beat Roseburg 55-50 in the final conference game of the season Tuesday night at Stewart Robertson Memorial Gymnasium.

The Indians finished the season 5-9 in the Southwest Conference and 8-16 overall.

Erik Johnson scored 22 points in South Umpqua's 60-54 Far West League playoff win over Brookings-Harbor.

The Lancers (16-8) earned the league's number three spot with the victory. SU senior Alex Thompson (15) and junior Nathan Thompson (14) also finished in double figures.
