Junior Cidny Dupper tossed a two-hitter and Taylor Holcomb hit a grand slam in Douglas's 14-1 win over Seaside (9-16 overall) in a Class 4A play-in game Friday afternoon in Winston.

The Trojans jumped out to a 6-0 lead after the first inning and stretched the lead to 10-0 the following inning.

Dupper finished with five strikeouts as Douglas improves to 20-5 overall.

The Trojans will play at Gladstone in the first round of the state tournament  May 27th.
