PORTLAND, Ore. -- Six skaters from the Roseburg Skate Team participated in the 2019 Northwest Regional Championships at Oaks Park in Portland June 15-18.

Four qualified for the Figure Skating United States National Roller Skating Championships to be held July 17-28 in Spokane, Wash.

Julia Carpenter 1st Place Primary A Girls Figures

Libya Carpenter 1st Place Classic Gold Women Figures and Classic Gold Women Loops

Casey Lynn Harp 3rd Place in Primary A Girls Free Skating

Tammela LaHaie 3rd Place in Bronze Division Women Solo Dance

Katie and Hannah Dammann placed in events that do not qualify them for the National Championships

Katie Dammann placed 1st in three events. Freshman/Sophomore C Girls Free Skating and Freshman/Sophomore C Girls C Solo Dance and in Freshman/Sophomore C Girls Figures.

Hannah Dammann placed 4th in Juvenile Girls C Solo Dance and Juvenile Figures. Hannah also received a certificate for the Rudy Leppin Sportsmanship award.
